Our West End workshop services and repairs complete vehicles, which matters when diagnosing a transmission. Engine-management faults, low voltage, wiring, mounts and driveline components can all influence how a dual-clutch gearbox behaves. We can test the surrounding systems instead of viewing the gearbox in isolation.
Our approach
We identify the transmission, scan the complete vehicle, reproduce the concern where possible and test the system that the evidence points toward. When a clutch, mechatronic or internal gearbox repair is justified, we complete the required setup and verification after installation.
Volkswagen Group focus
Our core DSG work covers Volkswagen, Audi S tronic, Škoda, CUPRA and SEAT applications, including common DQ200, DQ250, DQ381, DQ500, DL382 and DL501 families. We also understand that other manufacturers use different dual-clutch systems and we keep those terms separate rather than calling every DCT a DSG.
